Find Shade Wherever You Can

Just be mindful not to stand in the shade during your tee shot!

By drinking plenty of water early in the day, you help maintain your body’s fluid balance andreduce the chances of overheating. Signs of heat exhaustion include heavy sweating, weakness, dizziness, nausea, and headache. Heatstroke is more severe and can cause confusion, rapid heartbeat, and even unconsciousness.
